Something for Baby in Rose Red
A monochromatic baby boy card. A little washed out by the light but I think you get the idea, soft colors. I’ve been wanting to make a card with the baby carriage and balloons for awhile. The vellum background adds to the softness. Soft Sky is the color and the perfect description for this card.
This is another set that is retiring from SU! at the end of May, Something For Baby and the accompanying Baby’s First Framelits
SU! may be retiring this set, but I’m sure not! I’m hanging on to these, at least until I can make some cards for my kids when they have babies. Not that I’m pressuring any of my now married kids or soon to be married last kid…to have babies anytime soon. Although I will be beyond thrilled…I can wait for their timing…but I do sense it coming closer and closer…
This is such a sweet set, there are so many cute elements. How cute is a little pink onesie hanging on a rose red hanger and a rhinestone on the flower? Old Olive is the color of the matting and the other two pops of green.
There’s been a bunch of baby girls births among friends and family lately, this card will be waiting for the next one!
I hope you are enjoying my cards. I hope, too, that they inspire you to pull out your paper, ink and stamps and have a time of creative therapy…I know I always feel better after exercising a little creativity! It gives me something fun to give to someone I care about, too!

Love them both, but the baby card is right up my alley.
