Time is almost out for a few of the products I used for these bright and cheerful cards. The DSP, the cute little flowers and the pearls that grace their centers are all going away. There’s a new item, and that is the Lovely Words Thinlits, the words were snipped out of the die cut…I think you’ll see what I mean as you scroll down the page and see some of the various options with these cool die cuts.
Above, all the new In Colors are cut with the Lovely Words Thinlits and the new In Color Bitty Bows add a cute touch. I just cut the Lovely Word Thinlit and glued them to a square piece of Whisper White card stock. You can see it is easy to just snip the words right off if you don’t want the heart shape around it, or the circle and oval around the other two words.

Here’s a few more cutting options with this thinlit set. After using the Lovely Words dies, I used the Layering Ovals (both the smooth oval for around the word and the scalloped oval for the white mat), the Layering circles (again, smooth circle around the word and the scalloped circle for the mat under the word die cut) and Sweet and Sassy Heart Framelits to cut around the outside of the Lovely Words Thinlits.

The “Friend” is inlaid in the Whisper White card stock. I used Tranquil Tide and So Saffron card stock. The ink is Tranquil Tide and Calypso Coral. The stamp set is Timeless Texture.
This Berry Burst friend card was quick to do and is very cute! As you can see these thinlits are very versatile! This In-Color DSP (designer series paper) will be available on June 1st, as will the pretty embellishments!

Here’s my daisies again, in Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango, the stems are Pear Pizzazz. The card base is Fresh Fig. I like the color combination…what about you, do you like the color combo? What about the In Colors?
