Blooms and Wishes
It’s stamp sets like, Blooms and Wishes that make me LOVE photopolymer stamp sets even more…yeah, well…I probably use the word LOVE too much with stamping, but stamp sets…ink pads…card stock…dsp-designer series paper…embellishments…they all make my heart leap with joy and excitement…so I have to continue using the word LOVE when describing the craft I absolutely …well… LOVE!
Back to photopolymer stamp sets…they make stamping so easy! You don’t have to do as much masking or use the stamp-a-ma-jig as often as you would with red-rubber stamps. With photopolymer stamps you can ink only on the part of the image that you want to show on your p0roject. For example, the image of leaves, just below, only have the leaves and part of the stem inked.
The Soft Suede branch in the second photo collage, (below the “Thank You” sentiment), was only inked on the top half of the stamp. Then it’s easy peasy to stamp close to the flower so it looks like the branch is behind the Soft Sky flower.
These notecards went together very quickly and the stamping was easy. For the background I used the Graceful Garden stamp set, which is part of the Petal Garden Suite on page 56-57 in the 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. The Blooms and Wishes is on page 139 of the catalog.
I hope these note cards either inspire you to send someone you love and care about a quick note, or to sit down and give yourself a little creating time…so you can later send someone a quick note.

Adorable card, the top one is my favorite. This set is quickly turning into one of my favorites. I love the tip about only partially inking the stamp and it saves needing to mask.
